Hunters Hill

We were contacted by the owner’s interior designer to create a bespoke wine cellar for their client’s newly renovated home. The brief called for a climate-controlled wine cellar to accommodate the owner's extensive international wine collection. The design aimed to blend opulence with old-world charm, featuring luxurious fittings and fixtures. Elements such as brass, glass, Rosso Levanto marble, and walnut-stained cedar wine racks and joinery were used, complemented by curved corners, sophisticated lighting, and rich burgundy walls and ceiling.

Storage solutions included standard bottle racks, display rows for prized bottles, bottle drawers, diamond bins, box storage and an island bench with additional storage. The exterior was adorned with brass reveals and floating marble shelves. The cellar also featured a bar area with a compact sink for washing glasses. Overall, this wine cellar became a stunning centrepiece in an exquisite home.
